A challenge—that's how Daryl approaches her art.  Composing an artful scene, mixing colors to project her vision, showing dramatic light, and mastering her skills, are at the forefront of Daryl’s visual investigations.

Coming back to art after a 60 year hiatus, mastering the complexities of oils, and studying the traditional methods of accurate drawing has deepened her love of creating, She is drawn to painting nature for its freedom and architecture for its balance.
